Lanolin, Mineral Oil and Petrolatum


Lanolin  is considered toxic because of the sheep dips and drenches of toxic chemicals and harmful ingredients in the pesticides and insecticides used to kill parasites in the sheep. Ask for pure lanolin from your pharmacy or chemist.. This lanolin will be "low toxic". If you can get lanolin from organically grown sheep then that is better still.
Mineral oils, Petrolatum is derived from petro chemicals or gasoline, which is a known carcinogen.
